    Payment Methods

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All transactions are processed through secure encrypted channels. Your payment must clear before we begin order processing. In rare cases of payment authorization failure, we reserve the right to cancel your order after three unsuccessful attempts.


    Order Verification

    After checkout, you'll receive an automated confirmation email within 15 minutes. This serves as your digital receipt. Please review all order details carefully, including item quantities, sizes, colors, and shipping address. We're not responsible for errors in customer-provided information. For address changes, email [email protected] within 2 hours of ordering.


    Order Modification Policy

    We may cancel orders exhibiting suspicious activity, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies. During high-demand periods, we may implement purchase limits per customer. Backordered items will ship separately when available, with no additional shipping charges. You'll receive email notifications about any significant delays.


    Price Adjustments

    All displayed prices are final unless otherwise noted. Currency conversion rates are approximate. International customers may see additional customs fees upon delivery, which are the customer's responsibility. We periodically run promotions that cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.


    Extended Shipping Details

    Orders typically process within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Transit times vary by destination: 5-10 business days domestically, 10-21 days internationally. Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, or carrier issues. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once packages leave our facility.


    Returns & Exchanges

    You have 21 days from delivery date to initiate returns. Merchandise must be unused with original tags and packaging. Final sale items are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours. Refunds process within 10 business days of receiving returned merchandise. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


    Damaged/Defective Items

    Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of damaged goods. We'll provide a prepaid return label and process replacements or refunds at our discretion. This policy doesn't cover normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.
