We understand that fashion choices can change quickly. You may cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn't entered our processing stage, which typically occurs within 4 hours of purchase. Once your order moves to processing (after 4 hours), cancellations cannot be accommodated, but our generous return policy allows you to return items within our extended return window.
Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return or exchange most items within 21 days of delivery - giving you ample time to inspect your purchases. Exchanges are available for the same item in different sizes or colors, or for items of equal value from our current collection. Please note that final sale items and certain seasonal collections may be exempt from returns.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition: unused with all original tags attached (including our MetroChic authenticity tag). Items showing any signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted. Please return items in their original packaging whenever possible, or use a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during return transit. Trash Bag items must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
For size or color exchanges, we'll ship your replacement item within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. Style exchanges require you to select a new item from our current collection (subject to availability). If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you'll need to pay the difference; for lower-priced items, we'll refund the balance. Please note that exchanges are limited to one per original purchase to maintain fairness for all customers.
A $14.99 return shipping fee applies to all returns and exchanges, which covers our processing and restocking costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, the shipping fee applies only to the initial return shipment - we cover the cost of sending your replacement item.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 12-18 business days after we receive and inspect your return. This extended processing time allows our quality team to thoroughly check each returned item. You'll receive email notification once your refund has been issued. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Sale items are eligible for return or exchange, but will be refunded at the sale price paid. Limited edition and seasonal items may only be returned for store credit. Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
